As title, Somehow I can't commit the deleted file.

Error message is file is locked. Error is "423 Locked".

解決方法如下:

檔案總管於該目錄，按右鍵/ TortoiseSVN-->Repo-browser

如下圖:
將剛剛錯誤訊息中，有問題的檔案，按右鍵 選擇 BREAK LOCK，
若是非LOCK狀態，則是不會有BREAK LOCK的選項。
